Tips and guidance after A/C installation:

  • Make a note of the date your system was installed.

  • Make a note of our contact details should you need for servicing and repair. We usually put a small sticker on the indoor unit with these details on.

  • Ensure you have each A/C system serviced ONCE ANNUALLY to validate your guarantees and any extended warranties. Warranties may be void if you cannot prove yearly servicing. This is usually a legal condition we have to meet as guidance from our brand manufacturers.

  • DO NOT attempt to service, clean or repair any part of the internal or external systems yourself as this may void the warranty.

  • DO NOT instruct another 3rd party A/C company to service your A/C system without our prior permission as this may void the warranty.

  • If your indoor unit(s) stop working or show any error codes, please contact us as soon as possible.
