From your initial contact with ACH4U to the installation, this is a quick guide on how we make the process easy for you, whether you are a homeowner, small business owner or multinational commercial business with multiple locations.

A/C Installation for the home and business in 4 easy steps…
1) Site Survey
After initial contact with ACH4U, we can either visit your premise/home to look at the A/C requirements, access points and any working at height equipment needed OR if you are able to provide this information over phone and email with images for us then we can also accommodate this.
2) Quote
We will send you a detailed quote with all information required.
3) Installation Day(s)
We will contact you to arrange a suitable day(s) for installation of the A/C equipment. If the installation is expected to be across multiple days, ideally we ask that these be consecutive days, but we work around you for ease and efficiency. We will contact you a day or so before the installation date to ensure everything is still okay to commence the work.
4) Handover
When our engineers have finished the installation, they will inspect and gas the A/C system and complete and handover with you including any questions or queries you may have. This also included talking you through how the units work and setting up any smart features. We will also complete the relevant paperwork and sign the systems off as safe to use. We will also advise the service date due on the units.
