If you're interested in Air Conditioning and Heating 4U Ltd providing you with your TM44 inspection report then please contact us.
If your business premises or home contains over 12kW of cooling/heating equipment it is a requirement to have a TM44 report. This could be just 1 x 14kW A/C system or perhaps 4 x 3.5kW systems.
If you have just 1 x 3.5kW wall mounted system for example, you would not need a TM44.
